General access
Minimum age 13. Under 13 is not permitted. No exceptions.
Mature content
Some characters are marked mature. 18+ only. Labeled and enforced by our systems.
Age verification at registration. We can request additional proof any time. Lie about age, account terminated.

Under-18 accounts get enhanced filtering by default. Mature characters, explicit content, age-restricted listings blocked automatically.
Request a summary of your child's activity. Which characters, how often, usage patterns.
Contact support to set daily or weekly time limits. Screen time management.
Block specific character categories or individual characters. You set the boundaries.

Include account details
Child's username or email, your name, your relationship to them.
Identity verification
We verify your identity and relationship. May require government ID and proof of guardianship.
Get the summary
Activity summary delivered within 5 business days.

Restrict the account
Email safety@dyva.ai to restrict specific features. Marketplace, voice, social. Applied after identity verification.
Delete the account
Permanent. Account and all data gone. Email safety@dyva.ai with subject "Minor Account Deletion Request." Deleted within 30 days after verification.
