These guidelines define what is and is not acceptable on Dyva. They apply to all users, all content, and all interactions.
TL;DR
Dyva is built on the principle that every person deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. This is the foundation of our community.
Harassment and bullying have no place on Dyva. We take reports of targeted abuse seriously and act swiftly to protect users.
Our systems detect coordinated behavior patterns — such as multiple accounts targeting the same user within a short window — and flag them for review before most users even notice.
Content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred against people based on protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited. This is a zero-tolerance policy. Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Dyva uses hash-matching and classifier models to proactively detect child exploitation material before it is ever viewed. All confirmed cases are reported to NCMEC within 24 hours.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors results in immediate and permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Do not use Dyva to threaten, promote, or glorify violence against real people, groups, or organizations.
Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide is not allowed. We prioritize the well-being of our users above all else.
If you or someone you know is struggling
Do not create accounts or AI characters that misleadingly impersonate real people or official entities.
Keep the platform authentic and useful. Do not engage in behaviors that undermine the integrity of the community.
Spam accounts typically generate 10–50x more content than genuine creators in their first 24 hours. Our anomaly detection catches most spam before it reaches the marketplace.
Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Create original work and give credit where it is due.
Respect the privacy of others. Everyone has the right to control their personal information.
Dyva is an AI platform. These rules address behaviors and risks unique to interacting with and creating AI characters.
Our multi-layered safety systems evaluate every single message in real time. Jailbreak attempts are detected and logged regardless of whether they succeed.
AI characters are not real. Every character on Dyva is a software program. Characters do not have feelings, consciousness, or independent thought. Their responses are generated by language models, not by sentient beings.
The Dyva Marketplace is a curated space for discovering and sharing AI characters. Creators who publish characters carry additional responsibilities.
Violations of these Community Guidelines result in enforcement action proportionate to the severity of the violation. Our enforcement ladder:
Most appeals are resolved within 3 business days. Enforcement decisions are reviewed by senior team members who were not involved in the original action.
Warning
Formal notification of the violation. Content may be removed. Warning is recorded on the account.
Temporary Suspension
Account access is restricted for 24 hours to 30 days. All features are disabled during the suspension period.
Permanent Prohibit
Account is permanently terminated. All content is removed. The user is prohibited from creating new accounts. Applied for severe violations including child safety offenses, credible threats, and repeated policy violations.
Important: Certain violations — including child sexual abuse material, credible threats of violence, and terrorism — result in immediate permanent ban and law enforcement referral, bypassing the warning and suspension stages.
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you have the right to appeal.
How to appeal: Email appeals@dyva.ai within 30 days of the enforcement action. Include your username, the action you are contesting, any reference numbers, and a clear explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.
Timeline: Appeals are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 5 business days. Appeals are reviewed by a senior team member who was not involved in the original decision.
One appeal: Each enforcement action may be appealed once. The determination on appeal is final.
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our policies, platform features, legal requirements, or community needs. When we make material changes, we will notify users through in-app notifications and/or email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
